Located just a “stone’s throw" away from the white sandy beaches of Bald Point, the home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a screened porch and all the amenities that you will ever need with unlimited views of the ocean. Recently renovated, the home is immaculate and refreshing, is ground level and all things are new, with new paint, new floors, a new kitchen, and a new bathroom.  The master bedroom has a large king bed, and the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with an extra-large twin on top and a queen bed on the bottom. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area and the home is just a few minutes from Bald Point State Park, Alligator Point’s full-service marina with the “Tiki Hut”, Angelo’s Seafood Restaurant, the Gulf Specimen Aquarium and Wakulla Springs State Park. There are several public boat ramps and paddle board and kayak rentals in the area. The home comes with central heat and air, a microwave, a dishwasher, a keurig coffee maker, linens and towels, a washer and dryer and a Smart TV with Samsung Plus and Wifi. Dog friendly with owner approval and a pet fee is required. A camera is on site on the exterior of the home for security reasons.
